Bruno Dalledone — Personal Trainer and Physique Coach

I help busy professionals build a stronger, leaner physique through precise training, practical nutrition and structured accountability.

Personal training at PureGym St Paul’s, City of London, and complete online coaching through The Physique Blueprint.

Coaching for people whose lives do not follow a perfect schedule

I have worked as a personal trainer since 2015 and have coached from PureGym St Paul’s since 2021.

The Physique Blueprint brings training, nutrition and accountability into one coherent system. Every programme is built around the client’s goals, experience, schedule and response—not an ideal week that disappears as soon as work becomes demanding.

In-person coaching takes place at my fixed training base at PureGym, 20 Little Britain, London EC1A 7DH. Clients can also work with me fully online or combine both through hybrid coaching.

Why this became my work

I moved from Brazil to the UK at 14 without speaking English and without a ready-made circle of friends.

The daily sport and social life I had known disappeared. My activity dropped, my weight increased and my confidence suffered. Training eventually became a way to rebuild more than my fitness. It gave me structure, measurable progress and a sense of belonging.

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2015 and completed my MNU nutrition qualification in 2018. Over the following decade, I learned that lasting physical change rarely comes from more punishment, more restriction or another generic programme.

It comes from understanding the person, designing around real constraints and making better decisions from consistent evidence.

That principle became The Physique Blueprint.

Who I coach

I specialise in helping busy professionals pursue fat loss, muscle development and better physical performance without making fitness their full-time job.

The coaching is particularly useful for people with demanding schedules, frequent travel, changing working hours or a history of starting programmes that could not survive real life.

It is not restricted by age, job title or professional sector. The programme is built around the individual.

How I coach

Evidence before fashion

Training and nutrition decisions must earn their place. I use established principles, the available evidence and the client’s response—not whatever happens to be fashionable.

Individual context

Your programme follows your goals, schedule, training history and progress. It is built for you from the beginning.

Measurement without obsession

Trends guide decisions. One difficult week or noisy measurement does not dictate the entire programme.

Accountability without shame

Missed sessions, travel and difficult weeks are information. We use them to improve the system rather than repeatedly starting again.
