Hybrid Personal Training. Built Around Your Week.
Choose fully online coaching from anywhere in the UK, or hybrid coaching with optional in-person sessions at Bruno's one fixed base: PureGym St Paul's, 20 Little Britain, EC1A 7DH.
A Managed Coaching Process
- Personalised programming — Training is planned around your current objective, experience, equipment and realistic weekly availability.
- Nutrition support — Practical targets and decisions built around work, travel and social commitments rather than a rigid meal plan.
- Weekly green/amber/red reviews — Your agreed measures, adherence and context are reviewed every week so the trend stays visible.
- Planned programme decisions — Bruno uses review data to plan any proportionate changes before the next four-week block.
- Agreed messaging support — Coaching questions can be raised between reviews within the support arrangement you agree with Bruno.
Fully Online or Hybrid
Online coaching from £200/month
Receive personalised programming, nutrition support, weekly reviews and agreed messaging support without needing to train at Bruno's London base.
Hybrid coaching from £400–£650/month
Add in-person sessions at PureGym St Paul's. The exact monthly price depends on the agreed session frequency and support included.
Session-Only PT vs. Managed Hybrid Coaching
Session-only personal training may focus mainly on coached appointments. The Physique Blueprint connects those appointments, when selected, to the wider programme, nutrition support and weekly review process.
Who This Programme Can Suit
- Busy professionals who need training and nutrition to work around an unpredictable week
- People who want a clear plan and a regular review process
- Newer trainees who want structure from their current starting point
- Experienced gym users who want their decisions tied to an agreed objective and observable trend
- Clients who can commit to the initial three-month coaching term
Your First Three-Month Coaching Term
The initial term is fixed for three months and is organised as three four-week blocks. Weekly reviews make the current trend visible; Bruno uses that evidence when planning the next block.
At the end of the initial term, you review the agreed measures and next objective together. Coaching then continues on a rolling monthly basis unless you choose to end it in line with your agreement.
Evidence Before Promises
Individual results and timing vary with starting point, adherence, health, context and programme fit. Review documented client examples together with the context supplied for each result.

Before comparing prices, decide what you need help with. A coached gym session, an online plan and ongoing coaching can cover different things. Compare the full service, the time you can commit and the total cost.
Online or hybrid: what changes?
The Physique Blueprint's online coaching starts from £200 per month. It includes personal training plans in four-week blocks, nutrition support, weekly green/amber/red reviews and agreed messaging support. You complete your training independently.
Hybrid coaching adds in-person sessions at PureGym St Paul's, 20 Little Britain, London EC1A 7DH. It typically costs £400–£650 per month, depending on session frequency and support included. This is Bruno's coaching range, not an average price for London trainers.
Choose online coaching if you can train independently and need help with planning and consistency. Consider hybrid if regular appointments and coaching during sessions would help you. Bruno confirms the plan and exact price before you decide.
Compare the full cost, not just the session price
Ask each coach to explain the same points before you compare quotes. A lower session price does not tell you what happens between appointments.
- How many coached sessions are included, and how long are they?
- Who plans the training you do independently?
- Does the price include nutrition support, progress reviews and programme updates?
- What messaging support is included, and when should you expect a reply?
- Are gym membership or other charges separate?
- What is the minimum term, and what happens if you miss a session, travel or want to leave?
Plan for the first three months
The Physique Blueprint starts with a fixed three-month term, followed by rolling monthly coaching under your agreement. At £200 per month, three months of online coaching would cost £600. At £400–£650 per month, three months of hybrid coaching would cost £1,200–£1,950 if the agreed monthly rate stays the same.
These examples cover coaching fees only. Confirm your written quote, any separate costs and the cancellation terms before committing. A monthly price should fit your budget across the full initial term.
Use a realistic week to choose your support
Write down when you could train in an ordinary working week, where you would train and how often travel changes that plan. Include the journey to the gym. Then identify which part you struggle to manage alone.
For example, someone who trains confidently but loses consistency during travel may value planning and regular reviews. Someone who wants coaching during exercises may value in-person sessions more. These are decision examples, not client case studies or guaranteed outcomes.
Weekly reviews cover how you followed the plan, recovered, felt and performed. Bruno uses those reviews to plan changes before the next four-week block. Agreed messaging support gives you a way to raise coaching questions between reviews.
Check the coach as well as the package
Look at the coach's background and read client results with their context. One person's transformation cannot tell you exactly what you will achieve. Your starting point, consistency and circumstances matter.
Bring your schedule, goal and questions to the conversation. You should leave knowing what is included, what you will do independently, how progress will be reviewed and what the initial term will cost.
